SpringHill Suites Council Bluffs, Council Bluffs

The help at Springhill is fantastic! My sister and I had a weekend in June 2009 to re-connect. The staff was absolutely helpful in everyway. We would say that they went overboard but it did impress the two of us!! Totally clean, private and I want to do it again. My sister and I were able to enjoy getting to know each other even more without worrying about where we were staying. This place gets a 5 star in my book! I feel bad that I didn't write this sooner.

We have five kids and use Springhills a lot since we can all fit in one room with the sofa bed and a crib. This one is brand new and has a slightly different layout in the rooms which gives a big family more room to move about. Wish it was a bit closer to the airport, but there isn't much of anything near the Omaha airport! We arrived late at night after our flight and the front desk got our crib up to us istantly knowing we needed it NOW! The breakfast area was nice and spacious as well. My ongoing complaint with Springhill is that they just need a bit nicer beds....
