Just a five-minute walk to the beach, Summer Tree Village provides large-scale two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums, which include private screened porches, washers and dryers, outdoor barbecue grill areas, indoor and outdoor pools, and an indoor whirlpool. Just a five to ten-minute drive into Myrtle Beach presents the varied dining experiences of the famed Restaurant Row in the area, shopping at Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, and the Myrtle Beach Mall, entertainment venues such as the Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, and the House of Blues, fishing at the Apache Pier, and of course, numerous golf courses. Check-in is located at 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach at Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals at Pelicans Landing. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. We cannot guarantee a 4pm check-in due to unforeseen circumstances such as excessive cleaning and/or maintenance. Please note that motorcycles and trailers are allowed on the property. The Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach is close to all things that make family vacations fun. Convenient to the best shopping, golf, recreation, entertainment, and restaura. Please note that pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Office hours are from 8.30 am to 5 pm daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. A cleaning fee of USD 100.00 plus tax will be charged at check-in.
