Lincoln Motel, Chicago

When we first went to check in we noticed hourly rates and thought it was for weary travelers, yeah right. When we got in our room the first thing we saw was purple walls and a mirror above the bed. When we realized what kind of a motel this was we went to the front desk and asked for a refund they refused. To make things even worse the phone in the room did not work. The toilet was so disgusting it was unbelievable. The shower and tub were filthy and the water pressure was poor, when we tried to turn it off the water continued to trickle. The bathroom floor was coming apart, it was all buckled. The covers were cigarette burned and we could not sleep under the covers because of the stains. During the night there were loud noises you could hear doors opening and closing all night. If you do not want what this motel offers DO NOT stay here.
