A Disappointment
We traveled to Walt Disney World with my wife's cousins and their children. We wanted a larger room/villa that could accommodate 11 people. While the price was reasonable, the room and service were disappointments. The rooms were really dirty and dingy. For example, there were stains of an unknown origin (!) on the sofa cushions and the blades of the ceiling fan hadn't been dusted in at least a year.
Perhaps the most disappointing part of the hotel was the fact that there was none, I mean zero, service. We got 7 towels in our room for 11 people; if we had asked for more, we would have been hit with a $50 housekeeping charge. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the hotel was the fact that there was none, I mean zero, service. We got 7 towels in our room for 11 people; if we had asked for washer and dryer in our room, we had to launder the towels at least once a day. We got no housekeeping at all--no towels, no new shampoo or soap, no trash removal. The beds are also awful--beware if you have back problems.
If you decide to stay here, bring all your own toiletries. There's a WalMart down the street, but factor the purchase of toiletries and soap (and maybe towels) into your price decision. That won't help the dinginess of the place, but still. One big plus--free, dependable Wi Fi.
I would not stay here again, in all likelihood, and instead I'd check out other places in the area.
