Poor Customer Service

We loved our cabin Heavenly Hideaway, we were there for a couples retreat for 4 days and 3 nights. On the last day the hot water heater gave out on us. We contact the office that Monday morning December 19, 2011 to let them know of the problem. They sent a plumber out an hour later. Okay that was cool until the plumber could NOT resolve the issue that day. We were NOT contacted by the office to say how we were going to get the issue resolved. After 15 calls and 6 pages to the office, one of our guest drove to the office. By then we ALL was livid! The rep told us that we could get a $50.00 credit off the total amount we paid which was $980.00 yeah only $50.00 mind you we woke up to NO hot water. So the math on that did not add up for a full day. We were offered another cabin in which was cheaper it was a 3 bedroom so down graded, we then relocated. Once we got settled in, we found out there was another 4 bedroom cabin that was available we very well could have moved to. But following the husbands, thay didn't want our trip to be spoiled by the way this was handled through FIRST CLASS CABINS.(NOT FIRST CLASS AT ALL!) SO We will send in reviews until their customer service gets better!
