Stay Away
By Ray, 5/17/10
After checking in found out that the room had no closet or place to hang cloths. Furniture was in dis-repair. There was only two towels total for two guest. There was no bathroom window. I mean no window and no screen on the window. Imagen cold foggy days in the spring with bees. We stayed two nights because we were there for a wedding and no place else to go. I asked the manager if he knew there was no window and he said yes. On the second day manager asked if we wanted the room cleaned or not. Wow, stay away

Rude woman, Loud neighbors and Overpriced!
By Cara B, 8/25/09
The Beachwalker Inn turned a great overnight getaway into an overpriced, no sleep weekend! We reserved a 2 bedroom "suite" for $299, however, upon arrival was charged an addiitonal $30 CASH ONLY for having a 4 person occupany. We could only have 1 car in the parking lot. Checkout time was 11am and there was mold on the shower walls. Wow, I'm not that picky and dig the whole older Motel vibe but this place was not for the faint of heart. I gave it one star because the towels were so scratchy I got to loofah while drying off . The 2 bright spots are it's in a central location and the beds were comfortable.

Never again
By Joan M, 6/5/09
Checked in at 10:00 pm. Weeks ahead had booked a room for 2 queen beds. The guy at the desk said all he had was a room with one king bed and he was extremely grumpy. He actually said take it or not. It had already been charged to my card when booked and then he said I would need to pay more for the king room. Which I did because we had driven 6 hours to get there and we were tired. The room had mold in the bathroom and a strange smell. My two daughters slept on the floor and I went to get blankets for them at the office the grumpy guy saw it was me and rudely told me there were no extra blankets . In the morning I cancelled the rest of our stay but had to threaten them about the health department to get a refund.

Would stay again
By Sarah, 11/12/08
The price was perfect for the location. It was two blocks from the pier in Pismo. The room was clean the the staff was nice. We stayed with our 3 year old and eldery grandmother and had no problems. It was quite and comfortable for the price. If you are looking for major luxery then this is not the place. Not in a bad way, it is just a clean, close, inexpensive place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and not have to pay a lot of money

I would stay here again!
By BABYDOLL, 9/23/08
I enjoyed the stay at the Beachwalker Inn. My family and I were only there one night but the price was right and the location was even better! The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, they had Tempurpedic mattresses on them. There was a bit of a smell in the room but go get an air freshner and you'll be fine. Also, the parking lot was pretty small but secure. If you're going to Pismo check this place out! There was also a nice upstairs patio with tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy the views & people walking by.

Great value near the beach, sparse but clean
By Mary AnneT, 7/23/08
I needed a getaway that was thrifty but close to the beach and with wireless internet. I got exactly what I was looking for. The room is clean, delivered as promised (2 queen, fridge, microwave, wireless internet) but sparse. TV works fine. Furniture mis-matched, no coat hangers, no iron, no hairdryer, but hey, the price is right.
