Worst Service Ever

Showing up at just before 7:00 pm I did not expect much, but, boy did I overestimate this place. I stayed there instead of off road to get the electricity. After plugging in, I found there was no electricity to my space. So, I went to the office and it was closed--no help number visible to me. I called the reservation number, but could only leave a message that was not answered.
I spent much of the evening verifying that there was nothing wrong with my unit and that the breakers were on. I could find nothing wrong. On the way out in the morning, I hooked up to a then empty power plug, and found my unit worked fine.
Upon stopping at the office, I explained there was no power to my space. I was told categorically that there was. I also explained that my unit worked fine in a nearby spot that morning.
The gal asked, accusingly, well did you tell anyone? I explained what I went through in coming to the empty office and leaving a message. I asked for a reversal of my charge and was told, flatly: "NO.!" So, I left.and have heard nothing since.
This was the worst RV park service experience of my life. In retrospect I wonder if the reason the space I was rented was the only empty space in a long line was because someone else had the same problem earlier and switched spaces,.
