The management were terrible! We were involved in a boating accident from their private beach and no one from the hotel came to see if we were ok. My partner was molested by one of the hotel security guards and again the hotel did nothing other than to say they would "look in to it". On our departure we were made to miss the transfer coach and nearly missed our flight as they wouldn't accept our credit card that they had originally on arrival accepted for the security deposit. If that doesn't put you off then the complete lack of other guests and no entertainment will. The only person at the hotel with any customer service skills was our cleaner!
