ROACH MOTEL!!!!!
Me and my new husband showed up at three o'clock in the morning after driving all the way from Peoria, IL to come to Myrtle Beach to enjoy our honeymoon. We entered the smoke filled office and a dirty/ mean looking old man was sitting there at the desk. We told him it was our honeymoon and that we had been driving all night. We were exhausted and asked if we could have a late check out, he said OK. After waiting ten minutes to check in; we went to the room. I jumped in the shower, being gross from the road trip, and my husband looked for the TV remote in the night stand. He opened it to find a ROACH running across the bottom. He killed it and came to tell me. I told him to get our belongings out of the room. We went to the front desk and asked for a return and the old bastard was rude and saying that all hotels have roaches. We all know that's a LIE! I demanded to speak to the manager. We had to wait an hour and a half for the manager and he wasn't any better about the situation. He told us that they had just gotten the place sprayed and the ROACHES were going to die. I went on to tell him that I was not sleeping there and I did not want ROACHES in my things! He took a look at the room to make sure we did not destroy it and would only give me all but twenty dollars back. He made me pay twenty dollars for taking a shower, I should of made my new husband take a shower before we left, and that still wouldn't of been worth twenty dollars! I cussed them out after we got some money back, of course! We ended up sleeping in Wal-Mart parking lot in our clean, no bug having car! It was a little uncomfortable but better than staying at that ROACH MOTEL! I would not suggest this hotel to my worst enemy!
