We upgraded to a suite and found it clean and comfortable and the price was right! Love the discount stores across the street. Maybe the dealers could be a little more friendly but other then that it was great.

First of all the room was booked as a non-smoking room and then upon arrival we were told there were no more non-smoking rooms available. (Several others who had booked non-smoking were told the same thing) Who does that? Secondly the room was horrible and was missing only a chalk outline!! The bedding was filthy looking and tattered and the floor had so many patches and stains it was uncomfortable to walk on in shoes. The room also reeked of smoke. After complaining at great length we were given another room that was exactly the same-maybe fewer carpet stains. After still more complaing - we are now an hour into the ordeal we were given another room that was clean but, still smelled of smoke. The hotel's solution was to loan us an itomizer that they made clear was for a half hour only. This was between 12:30 and 1:00AM. They did not come back that evening for the itomizer HOWEVER they did come into the room after we placed a do not disturb sign on the door and had left to get coffee sometime after 8:30 the next morning. STAY AWAY from this hotel - I have travelled coast to coast and for many years and have never had an experience as bad as this.
