Knights Inn San Diego South, San Diego

I never write reviews but I was so appalled on how rude the staff was. I reserved/purchased rooms a week in advance and it took them 30-45 minutes to get us our rooms. Because of a misunderstanding between them and my youth leader they yelled at her saying she needed to hurry up. What!? They were the ones taking all day to give us our rooms. All my youth leader did was ask a question. I bought rooms altogether on my account and they weren't going to give me one because the one of the people that was gonna stay in the room wasn't there. He didn't buy the room I did so why did that matter. But they made it seem like they were doing us a favor by giving me the room I payed for that was really under my name. When I got into my room I had a used toilet paper roll. There was no more in our room either so we waited for the next day to get more. They replaced our empty toilet paper roll with another used one and gave us no extra. When we left and came back they only made one of our beds. We had two. Our bedroom keys didn't always work and when we addressed staff they were very rude to us. I think the customer service the first seconds we were they just really turned me off. They were not welcoming and I contemplated getting my money back and staying elsewhere, which I wish I would have done. Very rude do not stay at this inn!!!
