Beach Place Condos, Madeira Beach

The condo was filthy!!! The bottom of our feet were black after walking on the floor and the walls need a good painting. When I looked at the website the pictures looked really nice, with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, but the pictures don't show the true look of the place. One of the bedroom doors even had a whole in it, like someone had tried to kick it in. The view of the gulf and the beach are absolutely beautiful, but I would not stay in these condos again until they have some MAJOR work done to them and a good cleaning!!!! Cleaning is part of the rental agreement, but in my opinion, we paid for nothing, because that condo wasn't cleaned before we got there!!!!
