Does not value agreement in terms of rooms

I had booked me and my friends for a 5 day 4 night stay at Hadefe Cotteges. The owner had agreed to reserve us 4 A/C rooms (Comfirmed this thru text). We arrived there and only 3 rooms where reserved for us. There was not enough power in the whole town of el nido on that weekend , so he booked our first night on a more expensive resort with a much powerful generator. The next 3 nights we spent at hadefe cotteges with the air-conditioning not functioning. I asked the owner to just bill us with fan room rates instead of the AC room rates. He said they already spent too much for paying for our 1st night (bill from the other resort where we stayed on our 1st night). 1 night in a good room will not make up for the 3 other nights plus the fact that we were reduced to just 3 rooms from the agreed upon 4 rooms. The only plus i can give for this resort is the friendly staff. If you still want to book here make sure all your conversations are recorded or printed. My mistake is that I saved all the text messages as proof of our dealings in my cellphone but my phone broke down right before the trip. But then again, if they are honest enough to admit that they made a mistake in booking us just 3 rooms then i would have not made this review.
