St. Elmo Resort & Spa, Chautauqua

After a stressful week at work I decided to treat myself to a massage at The St. Elmo's spa. I went to the appointment having had a few massages before. It was slightly painful during the massage but I knew it hurts a little when you are working out knots in your back so I thought nothing of it. I went home that evening sore thinking it would be better after sleep, the next morning I woke unable to move my neck in almost unbearable pain. I went to my chiropractor and explained what had happened he told me my muscles were inflamed and my neck was slightly out of alignment. When I called to complain about the issue the lady on the phone said good luck with that and hung up on me without offering a refund or a discount . I cannot speak ill of the entire establishment the women doing manicures and pedicures were very sweet, but because of the rest of the staff and overall dissatisfaction I will not be returning.
