The two day stay at NRI Residency was very comfortable. The staff of two were both very courteous, helpful and professional. The pick-up and drop-off to the airport; the living amenities (esp. the bathroom) was clean, the room spacious enough and sufficiently stacked with furniture(s) - I liked the written "policy" sheet; the common area with T.V. (although I hardly got to use it); as well as the kitchenette for each of the three rooms. The best part of the set-up was the 24 hour locked and gated and security arrangement at the third floor level itself. The unexpected morning tea with Parle-G biscuits which they offered was very much appreciated.

I stayed with my parents and my family and booked the whole apartment for 2 days. Likes: - The rooms were clean - Rooms were spacious - Staff were helpful - Felt like home Dislikes: - Location was not that great - High charges for room service (20% on food delivery even when some restaurants can deliver free of charge) - Crockeries and cutleries were not in sufficient qty in kitchen. - Management in US, so the caretaker had to call US for every single thing. - No internet and communication facility. - One of bathrooms did not have proper drainage, water from shower made the bathroom wet all the time. Overall it was a good stay for our family, the major problem i faced was that initially we booked for 1.5 days and we were leaving on second day evening. When we reached airport we found out that the flight has been rescheduled for next day morning. I called up the caretaker to extend the stay for the full day. He started giving me excuses that there is some function in the apartment tomorrow and next time he tells me there are some people checking in tomorrow. I must say it was really tough for me to extend it by just 1 night but somehow i managed. The next day when i checked out I was told that this extension will for 1 day rate so in effect i had to pay 2.5 days fare for my stay of 2 days. So for people who might change their plan should be careful and moreover they have only 3 rooms so if they have some booking subsequently you might have to shift to another place. Recommended for family but not so great for couples or tourists.

The apartment felt really homely. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also the owners in the USA respond to emails promptly and also accommodated all of our requests. The bathrooms are the highlight with enclosed showers.
