The Golden Pine Hotel, Baguio City

I made reservations via internet 1 week prior to the date. did not receive confirmation nor advice if reservations could not be acommodated as stated in their web site. they called my residence twice while I was at work. when we got to the hotel at 4am, was informed by michael that there were no reservations made, that he had no access to information/reservations via the internet and only the manager and owner had access to such internet reservations...well, what did they do with my reservation and why call me 2x? Good bye. my husband and I went to next hotel. Holiday park hotel it turned out was much newer, cleaner, absolutely no smoking and much better view from the 3rd floor. No apologies from michael or the management of golden pines baguio.
