Kona Awesome Condo, Kailua Kona

Arriving to KonaAWESOMEcondo was a pleasant surprise. We had booked it and for $135 per night, we expected a basic place to stay. When we opened the door, we were shocked, in a good way, to see how beautiful, CLEAN, sweet smelling, and modern the condo was! We figured being in Hawaii, we would have a bit of an older place, but this place was AWESOME!! it was filled with so many amenities and we felt as if we were in our own home. The owner was fantastic and helpful and very very friendly. The complex is beautiful with a very special charm. It's so quiet, safe, and the gardens/pools/beach are amazing. We couldn't have found a better place and the price is a great value. You could never find a hotel with so many amenities and cleanliness, near the cost of KonaAWESOMEcondo. We could not recommend it any higher to anyone.. great deal, great place, great customer care...

We loved our stay at Konaawesomecondo! The condo is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the location and the amenities that were included! There are several sets of snorkel gear, water shoes, boogey boards, sun shades, the list goes on... The same is true for the kitchen as well. By staying here, we figure we saved hundreds of dollars, by not renting the equipment and being able to eat at "home" most nights! This condo allowed our expenses to be minimal! The location of the condo complex on Alii Dr. is near perfect! You are only 1 mile from the shops and restaurants and less than a mile (the other way) to some wonderful boogey boarding and snorkel spots! Best of all is the sunset on the back deck as you imbibe the fruits of the BBQ. Stellar! I haven't even talked about the salt water pool at the oceans edge, or the sea life that I saw from the lounge chairs (Spinner Dolphins, Morey Eel, numerous fish, and so much more!). If you can appreciate a nice, clean condo that is fully stocked with a great location, then get awesome! Get the konaawesomecondo! I'm glad we did!

We found KonaAwesomeCondo's website and knew it was the right place for our vacation in Kona. Janice is the owner and she went out of her way to fill us with information and helpful hints on how to plan our entire trip. We always stay in condos, but KonaAWESOMEcondo was the best place we've ever stayed. It is unbeleivable how many amenities that guests are given, especially at the low rate of around $100/night. We saved a fortune of things we would have otherwise had to purchase, right down to the snorkel gear that was provided. We wanted for nothing and were overwhelmed at the customer service and the treats we were provided. This is an AWESOME place and is a crazy good deal. We will come back and will be telling our friends about this place. It's name is true, it is..KonaAWESOMEcondo!

We stayed in Janice Hamilton's Kona Awesome Condo. It was AWESOME, just like she said. The minute we walked into Kona Awesome Condo, we felt as if we arrived home. Everything was ready for us and the condo has everything for guests to use. We were treated to a dinner, that was a complete surprise. We were lucky enough to have found Kona Awesome Condo and we want to tell everyone about the condo. The bed was beautiful with awesome sheets, the furnishings were above the "norm" for a vacation rental, and all of the treats that Janice gave to us really made us feel welcomed. We looked in the windows of the other condos in the complex and some of them, which are run by large rental companies, were in really bad shape. We could see that there were dirty carpets, old dirty recliner chairs, and they just weren't something we'd stay in. We feel so lucky to have found KonaAwesomeCondo and we will continue to tell everyone what a great value it was for our Hawaiian Honeymoon Vacation. Janice was the best and the condo was the best... highly recommend it to all!

We just completed our 2nd stay in Janice's Condo. Once again the unit was everything we hoped for. Janice, the owner, is such a wonderful person and will make your stay perfect! Great place for kids and anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a wonderful location!

Janice Hamilton is the owner of KonaAWESOMEcondo. She took great care of us, before, during, and after out stay. Her condo is modern, super clean, and so many things are included in the rate. For the price, Kona AWESOME condo can not be topped. What a wonderful place and a wonderful owner! We have stayed in the same complex for the past 5 years. Every other condo was empty when we arrived. We spent a fortune on trash bags, toilet tissue, cleaning supplies, ect. All were included in KonaAWESOMEcondo. We were treated to many other treats that were totally unexpected too. Janice puts a LOT of money and effort into her place and it is a real gem. You can't find any such travel deal anywhere you go. We have paid triple this price and received a whole lot less when travelling the world. She is a dear and we can't recommend KonaAWESOMEcondo enough.

This condo lived up to it's hype. The owner could not have been moe kind, helpful and accomodating. Out biggest mistake was marketing before we saw all the staples that were already waiting for us. They have a policy "use something, leave something" and it seems like everyone who stays here honors this. Everything in Kona was very convenient, and it's a nice walk into town. Only complaints were the mattress for the sleeper sofa...terrible for sitting on, much less sleeping, and the pools close rather early and are padlocked. Other than that it was a great choice for 9 days on the big island.

the condo was more than what we had hoped for. it was so well supplied with lots of goodies that were a total surprise. the great customer service was also a surprise. this condo is an outstanding and awesome deal and we highly recommend it to any travelers to kona hawaii kona awesome condo was awesome as advertised
