This house has a surprising mixture of century old colonial house and Mediterranean style. The entrance is made of hand made wood beam high ceiling, and tropical palm trees welcomes you, into one of a kind place. It give a person a sense of peacefullness that the everyday stress will welcome. Once inside the house pets will welcome you, Max is an English Bulldog and Kirby is a boxer. Also seven talking Amazon parrots, two love birds, two toucans, seven turtles, and the iguanas that run on top of the red tile roofs. This is an animal and environment friendly house. There is a tropical cascade next to the guest room. You can enjoy a bottle of wine sitting next to the cascade or on the terrace, enjoying the breathtaking view of the volcano Mombacho on this gracious Mediterranean style terrace on the second floor.
