Hotel Casa Capricho, Granada

How can we even start. Everything was wonderful. The location is great, the staff are wonderful and the owners are beyond accommodating. It was such a nice quaint little place. Our room awarded both us and our son with privacy, as it had a bedroom loft. Both the pool and the kitchen were something we used everyday and were impeccably clean. In a city far from our home, we felt great familiarity and safety, staying here. After traveling as a family to six different countries. this is a spot we will greatly remember forever.

After spending three hours looking for a place to stay for the night that I felt was reasonable (maybe $30 for a single person), I finally came upon this place. They had a very nice single room with A/C and a small pool. Very boutique. It was $40 which I thought given we weren't in some luxury resort town that it was a bit pricey. It was quiet which was a must on my list. The next morning I asked if there were any markets that sold artesanias and the guy told me they had one or two around the central plaza. I found them but there wasn't much variety. I learned later that there is a town nearby (about 10 minutes away) that has a full artesania market. I wish he had told me that. Other than that, it was a pleasant and quiet place to stay. I found the prices to be high given that there really is not much to do in Granada and it is not really a tourist town. I'm definitely looking for another place next time if there is a next time.

I was in Casa capricho with my friends and it's a woderful hotel very clean, the people are friendly ,good breakfast and it's very safe , il love this pleace and i will come back in july with my family , the rooms have a colonial decoration that is different from another hotels , the swimming pool is great.
