Ronco Beach Resort, Calatagan

one previous review cites cleanliness and said they are never going back. truth of the matter is they were never there because they did not get a room! surely a demolition mission is involved here......RONCO

Once you have found the Ronco Resort, you'll always want to come back. The beach is ideal for kids to play and the new pool is extraordinary to relax. Fresh fish is beeing served and a nice ambiance. It's the place to forget the time. Lovely and friendly people.

if you want a relaxing weekend, DO NOT go to this place. And to the review with the name "willied", who i think is the owner, if you don't want your property to be bashed, IMPROVE IT! and stop using photos from how many years ago presenting it like it still looks the same, also, your beach's sand isn't white stop saying it is. here are some reasons why I didn't enjoy my stay and opted to just pay for everything and transferred to another resort: 1. there are trash on the beach 2. the facilities unkempt 3. the pillows has mold 4. the bathroom floor stained 5. cabinets are rotting 6. broken faucets 7. doorknobs that can't be locked because keys are not working 8. stray dogs/ dogs that have skin diseases 9. messy dining area 10. untrained staff I can go on and on why people should not stay in your resort and why it is not a place to relax but I'll stop here. and if anyone says my accommodation never happened, i can very well show the receipts the resort issued.

We are expecting that the resort was very good and a place for relaxation but we are all dissapointed when we get there. there's a leech in the water, grass, parang lumot. Most of my companion swim only at the pool because of that. And also there are lots of "gamo gamo" there. Very disgusting. It irritates me so well. Please improve your resort for the next guest so that they will not be dissapointed like us.

service is really, really bad. i dont think they even know a thing about pleasing customers. the rooms are ok.....if you like using sheets and pillowcases used by the previous guest. you dont need to be a forensic scientist to know that. one quick whiff and you can immediately tell what time the previous guest left the room. if you like cockroaches and mosquitoes....this is the place for you!
