There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds on the second bedroom with a bathroom in between. The ground floor of the house includes the kitchen and pantry, the dinning room area as well as the living room. There is a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washing machine is located in an area adjacent to the house. There is a private back yard with magnificent views as well as a community swimming pool for your enjoyment.
