To whom who are complaining about !!!
By Alireza, 6/29/10
The city is Tehran and the capital city of Iran not New york or other luxury cities, so it should not be expected that to be like a hilton hotel in new york !

terrible experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/30/08
I stayed at West Tower and the fercilities were very poorly maintained. Water pressure (14F) was week, drained slowly as if the sewage was blocked; toilet seat didn't fit. It took me almost two hours only to check in due to what they said a computer system down, and it was arrival at 11 pm and into the room at 1 am. The staff or managers seemed to take it as a matter of course, they didn't offer any help during the waiting, and they never apologized. Not a word. (there were about 10 guests waiting at the time). And there were micellenious mistakes, such as, if I did not insist the taxi charge was already in the bill, I might have had to pay twice. In a word, this is a stay full of anxiety and unpleasant experience.

An OK place to stay
By Soroor, 7/18/07
I spent 6 nights at this hotel while I was visiting my mother who lives close by and didn't have enough room for everyone. I didn't find the reception staff very caring. They act like they have to do this job, be it grudgingly. They also look unprefessional with their half beards. The place has the feel of a large motel in the US. The room was ok, fairly clean. Everything worked fine. The housekeeping staff was very nice. I really appreciated their care and hard work. The internet access available at $4.00 an hour was excruciatingly slow, a little better than dial up. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffett, which was included in the price. A very competent person must have been the boss of the buffett. Located in the large Yas Hall, this fabulous breakfast easily competes with some of the best here. It inculded all of the Persian breakfast items, fruits, desserts, cereals, European breakfast items and local versions of French toast, etc. etc. And very nice waiters were around to refill your tea or coffee or get you whatever that was missing. So overall, I had a good time but this is no competition for nice modern hotels.

Never again (I hope)
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/11/07
Room was dirty and clearly lacked maintenance for a long time. Most speak about 3 words English. Had to call 3 different people to get the exchange rate of the Rls. What a difference with Asian hotels! Here the servants are standing together with hands in their pockets in stead of serving people. On checkout they try to use the exchange rate in the wrong way!!! Their rate is 12.400 Iran Rials for 1 Euro and if you have to pay 500.000 Rls they multiply by 0,000124 so you have to pay 62 Euros although it should be 500.000/12.400 giving 40 Euros to pay.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/22/07
The admin of the hotel is careless like a goverment offie.İf you complain about s/t,most probably you will do it again. For the last 20 days i am at the hotel complaining aout wireless internet connection, and also adding that i should connect without any interrubtion due to my bridge profession,no body understands me and find a salution till now. The servants at the hotel are very nice and close humans which the part i liked. Hope the hotel will reach to deserve some stars. Kind Regards.
