The Ainsdale Hotel, Blackpool

Robert - Have you reviewed the right hotel? Noreen and Henry are the most helpful and welcoming hosts, the hotel is always clean and the food is awesome. I regularly stay at the Ainsdale with my 5 year old daughter, and have stayed in what sounds like the very room you describe. I have NEVER experienced a dirty cup, en-suite, sheet or pillowcase and there's never been any suggestion of a bad smell, "musty" or otherwise. I reckon you have the wrong place!
