Serta beds, with springs you can feel with your fingers... and back unfortunately. Had me thinking the box spring was on top, but it wasn't. The front desk attendant told me, "Well, the beds have seven years of traffic." After 'Broke Back Fountain', I stayed at the Comfort Inn off 101 in Naples, which had new beds, resulting in a better night's sleep with no adverse side effects.
The rest of the room and service was very good, however I'm not convinced it's better than plenty of others.
