Best cabins in the area
By Ruby, 04/14/09
My family and I have stayed at other places in the area and these cabins are the best. They are extremely clean and full of charm. The price was right and the employees helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Nice but overpriced ! Rude owner!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/16/09
Yes, It's a nice place. But, compared to other places in town...it's very overpriced. I only had 6 people stay ...But, all 7 beds were slept in over 2 days...and all the towels where used..Therefore the owner charged my credit card a additional $250.00. I was not happy...and had to argue the fees and they charged me $80 for having 6 people instead of 4. RIDICULOUS!!!

Marriott move over!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/08
I thought we were spoiled at Marriott, but this lodge provides everything including a really reasonable price! Our family of 11 enjoyed every bit of it, including the beautiful setting, gurgling creek, rustic décor, gourmet kitchen, comfy beds, plush towels, games, pool table, hot tub and cozy fireplace. The lodge even provided a crib, baby monitor, booster seat, toys, and scaled down picnic table for our toddler. Absolutely everything was top of the line, and not one convenience was omitted, right down to tongs and marshmallows for the fire pit. One day of rain was a welcome diversion so we could "stay at home" and be together as a family. We have never stayed at a more luxurious and comfortable home and are already planning our next visit. It's our new home away from home!

Great place to relax and enjoy the Northwest. Tall trees in a secluded area close to Mt. Ranier Park. Very comfortable cabin. Fully equipped inside and out. We give it a five star rating!! Mary Ellen

Three Bears Lodge
By Heidi, 09/04/08
Our family enjoyed a wonderful experience slumbering at the three bears lodge. The cabin was very comfy, nice down comforters, fireplace , great windows, sparkling bathrooms. Traveling with children was made easy. Cribs, monitors, and highchairs were provided. tastefully decorated in the bear theme. Hiking on many of the trails brought us home to a well supplied kitchen, even next days breakfast was provided, waffles and starbucks yumm yummm. Relax in the jacuzzi under the starry nights. Our reunion will be even be better with 18 family members vacationing in the dancing bears cabin and adjoining brand new 2 bedroom cottage. The dancing bears is great for kids, outdoor play equipment and many games and movies, and yes a pool table. Check out the website:itsprofesionally created making reservationsa breeze.there are four cabins to choose from. The owners also offer packages and discounts for activities near Mt. Rainier. We'll be back. Zak family

Our favorite NW getaway destination . . .
By Sue, 09/03/08
Our family of four has stayed at three of the cabins (Three Bears, Dancing Bears, and the newest one by the creek), and we have loved them all! The cabins are beautifully decorated; the gourmet kitchens are fantastic, and the beds are so comfortable! We even brought Grandma & Grandpa down to do some mid-winter sledding at Paradise, and they loved it! My kids really love having games to play -- board games and video both. They are a part of the under 12 crowd, and they don't have any problem occupying themselves when we are there. Having the fire pits to sit around at night make storey time that much more special. We love having the chance to relax in the hot tubs under starry skies. It's wonderful to be that close to the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park; it's so easy to hike and sled. We highly recommend you try it out!

Superior Accomandations! 5 Star -Clean & Comfy
By WendyH, 09/03/08
First we enjoyed the complimentary waffles. After hiking all day it was nice the cabin was right outside the park entrance. We BBQ'd on the deck, soaked in the hot tub and then roasted marshmallows under the trees in the secluded setting. The cabin has every convenience - comfy beds, high quality bedding and towels, a completely stocked kitchen, toys and games for the kids, Xbox for me and even a baby monitor, emergency sunscreen and first aid supplies. It was nice to have a high-end washer/dryer available. Plenty of room, large dining table. Super cute bear theme throughout. This is like staying at your rich uncles cabin!

home away from home
By TiffanyS, 09/02/08
I stayed at this cabin in Ashford, Wa recently with my family. We had a long flight and when we got to the cabin we were tired and hungry. we were very pleased to find that the kitchen was completely organized and user friendly. everything we needed to make dinner was easy to find and worked perfectly. they even had a highchair for the baby. this made it so easy to get right in as if it were our own home and make dinner quickly. after dinner we needed to rest and found that the jacuzzi, which has 100 jets or so, under the starry night was amazing. we had a few days so we spent them enjoying the sunshine in the huge grassy yard lined with the tallest forest trees i have ever seen. we also went to the historic local coffee shop which was buzzing with friendly locals and great espresso drinks, horseback riding and on an adventure to the nordic trek zoo, which is nothing like your average city zoo. after the long hike at the Mt. Rainier national park, which is breathtaking and great for family photos, we were anxious to get back to three bears lodge and relax. Three Bears Lodge is beautifully decorated with a cozy bear kind of rustic feel that is warm and welcoming. The owners are super nice and they are always at service if necessary. the cabin is very clean and well- stocked for even a large family. they even had an xbox with many games and a library which i was pleased to see since i had forgotten my book i read at bedtime. they built a beautiful fire pit that seats 15 or more people around it in the yard outside the kitchen window. we brought the stuff to make smores and when i saw that they had roasting sticks i knew i could count on them to remember everything. the forest is so beautiful and untouched in that area.it would be a perfect outdoor wedding site that would make the pictures all the more beautiful with the great forest backdrop. i cant say enough of how much i love this cabin except to say i will be back next year to stay there again and im counting down the days. Tiffany
