Best B&B in St Lawrence County

WOW....what an amazing place this is. We stayed for a romantic weekend and it lived up to our expectations. This B&B is so beautiful and well done. Very clean, very unique touches, nothing that you would ever expect to find in the area. The rooms are well appointed, the beds comfortable and the breakfasts were delightful and yummy.! The lady of the house was very nice, helpful but never intrusive. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..!!!!

Very clean. Beautiful Inn. Breakfast was a treat and the owner was very nice and hospitable. Will go back. The atmosphere was so peaceful and serene. Home was spotless. No problem finding it. I would love to see it in the spring and summer.

We spent our wedding night here!

The Brambles Inn is set right near downtown and is a great place to stay if you want some peace and quiet. It's set in a historic Victorian house back away from the road and repainted with springy (but not tacky) colors and creative little touches everywhere. Rooms are fairly small but everything is spotless and nicely decorated. When we stayed there we ended up arriving late and hungry and were so surprised when they offered to make us dinner at no extra cost as a wedding present! After eating a breakfasty dinner of scrambled eggs, toast, and fresh fruit (per my request) we relaxed by the fire in the main room and chatted with our hosts over tea before retiring. The Brotherton's were lovely hosts (Mr Brotherton is sadly deceased now) and not intrusive or bothersome. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it!
