Holiday Inn Louisville Airport Fair/Expo, Louisville

My wife and I drove to Louisville, we arrived around 6:00am and were absolutely exhausted from the drive. Desperate for sleep we called around and found rooms similarly priced but they wouldn't allow check in's that early. One place even wanted to charge us an extra night! Eventually we called the Holiday Inn and explained our situation. We were told to come on in they have a room for us with no extra early check in fee's. Excellent! The rooms we found to be clean and decorated with a bit of a nice modern flair. The only 2 negative's was the room service as with all hotels was a bit pricey and not very good. Normally we wouldn't order the room service but we were both to tired from the drive to go out and get breakfast. The other negative was the maid did not replenish any of the little shampoo's when she came in to clean and we had even left a tip for the maid service. Usually when we do that we end up with extra towels, soaps and shampoos. Overall I'd recommend staying here and would consider this hotel on my next trip to Louisville.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.
