I think the previous reviewer is prejudiced against the Korean woman who owns the facility. In the time I have known the owner, she has been extremely kind, warm-hearted and thoughtful of our concerns((my mom had been there five months). A few months ago, she moved her own parents into the facility and treat them well, just like the other occupants. Although the facility is not in the best of neighborhoods, sha has been trying to improve the sanitary conditions of the building. In addition, she has been trying to make the building more secure for all of the residents. Personally, I have noticed these positive changes in the building under new management.
