Grace Manor Inn, Richmond

What a wonderful B&B!!! Albert and Dawn will pamper you when you stay at the Grace Manor Inn. Located in the Fan District of Richmond there are numerous things to do within walking distance. The Inn is to die for and the swimming pool is a nice new touch. Dawn makes the best breakfast one can dream of and the boys will love you to death!!! We cannot wait to come back.

Everything was wonderful! The house is simply gorgeous, inside and out. And it is so conveniently located in the Fan area close to the Carytown area. Lots of restaurants for dinner and convenient to many sights of interest and local nightlife. The rooms all have a bedroom and a sitting room so there is more than enough space for two people. There are also several areas in which to sit outside, weather permitting. The innkeepers want everyone to have their own private bath, although you do have to go out in the hall for a few steps to get to the individual bathrooms. We never even saw anyone else on our floor where there were only 2 rooms and only one room on the floor below. By having so few quests at a time Dawn and Albert can really pamper you with persolized service. They live at the inn and it felt very much like home for us. Especially with the three 4 legged boys who were well behaved and very sweet. Too handsome for words! Dawn is a self trained chef and is quite creative and talented. Breakfasts were yummy, and were three courses including chocolate desserts the two days we were there. The portions were perfect and Albert (the waiter) was most attentive. My mother really enjoyed the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were near the door! It was all perfect! WOW is all that can be said! thanks for a fabulous weekend, Robina
