Keys To the Lake, Lake Ozark

I have deal with a lot of companys, however, every time we get a condo with keys to the lake it is bad. I am not talking about a little!!! The condo we had was water damage and the we called the company and they did not seem like they cared what so ever. It felt like they are just in it for the money and they want nothing to do with you after the sale is done!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. i WOULD NOT EVER LET THE PEOPLE I DO NOT LIKE STAY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrific experience. My daughter recommended this company. She lives in mid-Missouri and said they have a great reputation. I can see that they earned it. Danielle at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. We felt like we really mattered to her. The condo was so comfortable and clean. When they say you should think of it like your home away from home they weren't kidding. Everything we needed was there. We brought our boat and were able to rent a slip on a dock at the condo complex. What a great vacation. The weather was perfect all week (although I suppose they had little to do with that....just dumb luck, I guess). We'll definitely return to the Lake of the Ozarks and rent a vacation unit from Keys to the Lake again.

This was our first time coming to the Lake of the Ozarks on a family vacatioin. In the process I called and searched online for hours looking for the best deal. This company had cheaper rates and didn't charge a cleaning fee. We decided to give it a shot and we were very happy with the outcome, our experience was great even with the reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and pleasant no matter how many times I called to ask them goofy questions. We are definately coming back next year and will tell all our friends to use this company in the future!

We were there Sept 16th weekend for the Bikefest. They were wonderful to work with and put us in a beautiful lakefront condo! We will stay with them again next year!

Do not do business with this company, either as a renter trying to find a condo to rent or as a management company trying to have your condo listed. I personally have been down this road. There are several reputable companies in the lake area.
