Be careful and ask questions
They may be doing construction and will not tell you unless you ask. When I was there, a jackhammer was in use 30ft from my room (working on the pools) midday for the whole week. Their response to my complaint was, "This is not a retreat. It is a motel."
Also, they are across the street from an apartment building with tenants who fight often and can be heard clearly and plainly verbally abusing their children. When I expressed concern and thought I had heard physical abuse, Karl and Ursula told me not to say anything. They were afraid of retribution. They said that the children didn't need intervention, "karma" would take care of the situation. Not all the rooms at Swiss Health Resort can hear the people in this apartment building. However, once I knew, simply knowing the abuse was taking place was too disturbing and I could no longer stay there.
The water is very nice. Although it is sometimes listed as a place that does not use chlorine, they do. There is enough flow-through in the body temperature pool that the chlorine tends to dissipate a while after application. The hot tub does not use fresh hot water. It must be drained and refilled which they do not do often, so they chlorinate the re-used water.
If you are concerned about peace and quiet or the use of chlorine, be sure to ask very specific questions before going there.
