Providencia Motels, Burbank

This motel invaded by dirty unsightly cockroach,bedbugs,fleas invaders. This invaders carry a variety of bacteria that is harmful to humans. This motel is unfit for human habitation and should be closed immediately. I have reported this motel to City of Burbank Health& Safety officials. I have also reported to LA County DPSS ,the condition of this motel and demanded to terminate their contract with this motel effective immediately. NO CUSTOMER SERVIS AT ALL/no hair dryer, no remote control,dark rooms,no iron,DIRTY ROOMS........... This motel owner should be prosecuted for violation of health&safety code. DON'T EVEN THINK TO VISIT THERE UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS AND YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE! This motel is located in industrial area surrounded by body shops and manufacture companies. Not a good area at all.

The customer service is horrible. No one cleaned the room or made the bed during my 3 nights stay. The TV remote control was not working, but no one came to check it out. The room was questionably clean, no hangers, no trash can, no hair dryer, no ... actually nothing, just couple of plastic cups and one cockroach, or maybe more. Wi-fi for your computer? The wi-fi was almost unusable, with poor signal strength and constantly dropping the connection. I ended up using my cell phone to connect the laptop to the internet. And, if you can, check out the place before you make a reservation. The motel's website has nothing to do with the reality, at least in my case.

Wi-fi for your computer, clean room and a refrig. It has a great weekly rate that you can't beat. I recommend this motel.

We moved back to Burbank from Florida with not very much money and lucked in to this great little motel. Recently remodeled, the rooms are comfortable, with wifi and basic cable TV, and the location is quiet and safe. Within easy walking distance of all of downtown Burbank, especially the Media Center Mall. Just blocks from the 5, Metrolink and much more. And the room air conditioner is so efficient, we have to turn it off every once in a while so that our noses don't freeze. A terrific value for extended stay folks like us. Don't be frightened off by the exterior (used for a 1950s movie shoot our 4th night here) come on in and stay. Highly recommended!
