Horrific experience, left with a migrane
By Miles, 10/22/11
not a queit place to stay. cheap construction crew working over at the weekend i stayed. loud noisy awful and above all the two maids yelling at each other as if they were deaf. OMG stay away from here!! high prices but low low standards. if you are traveler passing through be ready to wake up early morning, as this place is not intended for you to rest and get your bucks worth, better sleep in the park.

avoid unless desperate for a room
By Sunny, 5/26/09
when we called ahead to make sure that this was a clean motel we were assured it was but when we got there it was a different story. The carpet had not been cleaned in years and if you dared to walk barefoot your feet would turn black. The sheets and linens were dirty and stained the curtains had holes as did the bedding which almost looked like burn marks. The motel is barely maintained and there was a pest problem in the room. We got bitten up and roaches even crawled on the bed. The service is poor and dishonest. Avoid this place unless you are desperate for a room but there are motels in the area closer to local businesses that you should stay at rather than this.

Dirty and Poor Service
By Sunny, 5/17/09
Came to the motel and was absolutely horrified. Had already paid for three nights and the sign at the front desk said no refunds. If you want to be able to use the phone you have to pay extra. The phone in the room was so dirty I had to disinfect it myself and the red light on the phone was even broken, an indicator of how little these rooms are maintained. The carpet in the rooms had not been cleaned in years. If you dared even to walk barefoot for a second the bottom of your feet would turn black. I had to disinfect the headboard, nightables, and bathroom. There were dead gnats in the bathroom sink. There were flies in the room and when I called the front desk for bug spray or a fly swatter they sent the cleaning woman up and all she did was spray fabric refresher around the room which of course was not helpful. The towels are dingy grayish-white so bring your own towels. The sheets and pillowcases has so many stains I had to request new ones. The blankets have holes in them and the curtains have holes too. I had a roach crawling on the bed and thank goodness I was awake to see it and catch it before it crawled on me. If you want the basic room there are no hairdryers, shampoo or conditioner. The cheaper rooms are not groundlevel so if you have luggage be prepared to lug them up the steps as there are no elevators and I did not see any ramps from where my room was located. To get a truly ground level room that would be friendly to the disabled and those with luggage you have to pay $10 more because they said those rooms have king size beds and you have to pay $15 more for a room with a kitchenette. There is no lobby with any basic amenities and no type of microwave. You have to pay for ice and their only soda machine is out of order. You must have a car to go to any of the local businesses or be prepared to take a bus. If you want to talk to the owner you are out of luck the receptionist says they come and go as they like and they don't come by over the weekends. Despite the roaches and flies and being bitten up all over my face and arms they deny a bug problem and say they use boric acid as effective pest control. I came here after a local friend called the hotel to verify the room is very clean and we were basically lied to. The receptionist says this is not a five star hotel and admits it is a low class hotel. There needs to be basic human courtesy and decency to keep the rooms clean and hygenic. Affordability or low cost rooms does not mean any paying guest should experience dirty feet, bug bites and fear of sleeping because a roach may crawl on you, dirty linens and sheets. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are truly desperate for a room and for a room with a low price but be aware that the ten or fifteen dollars extra you pay elsewhere will be well worth it. This place was not worth the time or the money, I should have paid the few extra dollars to go elsewhere but I did not ever imagine the room would be so bad especially in fremont. The owners are not at all concerned about basic maintenance and cleanliness and upkeep or replacing anything that is old, broken or unclean. The cleaning lady uses a grocery store shopping cart, they have not even provided her with a normal cleaning cart that hotel cleaning staff have. In that cart she puts the sheets and towels and cleaning supplies and we can only wonder when the cart has been cleaned. I saw the cleaning woman leave the "clean" sheets on the dirty outdoor banisters, and I cringe to think about how the sheets might be thrown on the ground while changing the bedsheets. The beds even lack the basic fitted sheet for the mattress, they tuck regular sheets to make it appear fitted. Avoid going to this motel unless you are absolutely deperate.
