there is new management iam not sure how good she is but we are giving her a chance. She lets her kids run too much in the park and get in everyone business. And her husband dave thinks he is the manager and does whatever he wants (even if it is speedingin the park). Pam would be lost if it wanst for a few people in the park that have the common sense that is needed to run the park, both of the residents that iam talking about are ron sr and his son jr. They have guided pam with things that otherwise would of been done wrong and cost the park alot of money. There is alot of complaints still going on between the residents, about pam and daves personal issues that they let everyone know about. They let knowen drug offenders back in the park and the traffic has doubled especially at nitetime. Rumors are that there are a few monthleys looking for a different park and i cant say that i blame them.
