Crescent City Redwoods KOA, Crescent City

There was nothing to dislike about this KOA. Absolutely beautiful, we camped under the redwood trees, cooked, enjoyed a fire and the evening quiet. Stayed 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. Great place to drive back and forth through the Avenue of the Giants and the different redwood groves in the area. We rented a car and left the RV at the campground where it was safe. You do need a smaller vehicle to get in and out of all the redwood areas you will want to see when you are there. This was one of the best trips ever and this campsite was a great stop on our venture. Would definitely go back if we are ever traveling that way again. Friendly, clean and most of all, country, nature beautiful, but ask to be in the redwoods!
