City Center Motel, Seaside

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was great, very clean and the kids loved the pool! We just parked our car and walked everywhere. The price was right and we will be going there every year!

Wow. I cannot believe the business practices of this motel. My friend and I booked a room here over the phone. We received a confirmation number and gave them our credit card number. The night before we were leaving to travel to the motel, I got an EXTREMELY rude phone call from the owner. After I said hello, he told me in a rude tone that he was ripping up my reservation. I asked why, he said that there was no way I could have believed I could have gotten a room at the price quoted to me. I told him I had a confirmation code, and that their employee on the phone told me the price in addition to the fact that same price was listed on their website. So of course I thought it was a valid price. He then informed me that the employee had no idea what he was talking about, that they had left him in charge when he and his wife went on vacation. I let him know that the fact he left incompetant people in charge while he went on vacation was not my fault. He then hung up the phone on me. Please, save yourself dealing with
