SAFETY CONCERNS * not enough parking, we were told to park acress a busy street, on the street, behund the hometwon buffet * lock on the door was broken, see picture * smoke detector is missing * room has a walkin closet, which is unusual for a budget motel, however the lamp in the closet is broken with exposed wires CLEANLINESS * room smelled * hair in shower * candy wrappers on floor COURTESY * not courteous, ask for towels, office staff said no more towels and walked away * ice cost a quarter VALUE * would rather pay more to stay in a decent place AMAZINGLY * This place had no vacancy, must be nice to own a hotel in San Diego during the summer I would nt recommend this place unlees you want to get revenge on someone.

the manager in hindi and RUDE ! got to ur first room and stepped inside .sqiiissshhh! the room was flooded from the bathroom. reluctantly the manger the manager gave us a nother room. it smelled like cat pee. we were so tired at that point, we just wanted to sleep. i woke up about 4 am turned on the bathroom light and the cockroaches were everywhere. I about vomited. this place is so horrible i just could not believe it was a travel lodge. they have ruined their reputation with us and we will never stay in a TL again. anywhere. we told the manger upon check out and he had nothing to say. did i mention that he charged us 70 .00 for the room which is not the advertised prce. think this guy is skimming
