Travelodge El Cajon, El Cajon

This place is infested with cockroaches. I was in my room for less than 2 minutes and counted over 30 roaches. I went to the office and told them I refused to stay there. They said they would refund my credit card. It has now been a week and I have not gotten my money back. I just talked to the district attn, and filed a complaint. I booked this room through the travel lodge site. I was shocked to learn that they do not do anything for 7 days. I was stuck there with no money and no hotel room. The travel lodge customer care done nothing to help me.
