Monte Square Motel, Montesano

I recently spent a week here. The rooms ar HUGE!!!. Great deal for the money. They gave me a weekly rate so it turned out great. The only bad thing was it snowed really bad while I was there. Would go back and stay again. The train did go by really close, but I am used to that were I live.

i recentally stayed at this motel and im happy to say . i will go back. the gas station is right there for what ever you need . the motel stay i would have to say are the nices girl ever . i believe her name was christi.. she was so friendly . and was very happy . and was eger to please us . our room was clean upon are return.. i will remember tthe smile this girls has on her face ... she always smiles no matter what .. monte square motel.. i will be back.. and christi,, thank you for the wonderful work that you do... james and nacy wilson

This tiny town is a buzy hub for hunting and especially fishing. The rooms are big and fairly priced for what you get. Everything was clean and the place is quiet and easy to find. The folks that own it also run a gas station and store so check-in and check-out are done there. We got our extra towels and pillows without any problem and were pleasently surprised to get a frige and microwave! Dont forget the Free coffee at the gas station!We will stay there again on our next fishing adventure!

This is a weird little motel. The rooms are mostly upstairs, a bail bondsman and a dry cleaning business occupy most of the downstairs portion of the motel. The motel office was closed the whole time I was there so check-in and check-out were done at the cash register in the adjacent Chevron station. The taxidermy decorating the gas station sort of reminded me of the Bates Motel in Alfred Hitchcock's movie Psycho. This motel also serves as low income housing, as there appeared to be some permanant residents living there. The bed, furniture, and bathroom fixtures were worn out, but overall the place was fairly clean (although it could have been cleaner). There weren't any problems with noise while I was there, and overall it wasn't really that bad of a place.
