The Casino and Resort are very beautiful, however the Guest services in this resort are very rude. This company also takes it upon them selves to with draw extra funds from a customers account 5 months after the stay.
Stayed at Little Creek four times in four years for some local events. The rooms and service are wonderful. Our meals in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were very good. The catering in the banquet room for our club meeting was excellent. The staff was always knowledgeable and helpful. A friend was there too with her son and his family. As a salesman her son travels extensively in the states and all over the world. He has stayed at some of the finest hotels in Europe and Asia. He said that this hotel is as good or better than most of the four star hotels he has stayed at. I know him well enough to trust his judgment. I’m looking forward to our next visit to Little Creek in July. Maybe the ONLY problem is the remote location - without a car, you're stuck.
Let me first state that this is a very nice facility, beautiful natural woodwork (a far cry from other Indian Nation Casino's in the area), friendly staff and multiple food service areas. What I'm reviewing here is the show venue. I was surprised to find that our seats for a show had the stage obstructed by a support pillar. I checked thier website and my ticket confirmation from the ticket hosting service and no where was the disclaimer of 'obstructed view' stated. Sound quality was also poor (don't know if it is a 'house system' or belonged to the touring act) but the vocals seemed muddy while the drums were overpowering at times. I moved around the floor area and found spots that sounded better, but not the quality I would expect. Probably will attend another show there, but will be much pickier which seats I chose.
like the facility - but the beds and pillows are just too hard for me and hubby. we have stayed there two nights, like the place, but we will remember our own pillows next time.
also the buffet is not what we have come to expect at tulalip ... food was good but not as wide range of choices at tulalip.
always good service though - nice people
We stopped on the way to Ocean Shores. Wished we had stayed at little Creek for our Anniversary instead of continuing to OS.
Service was excellent.
Food was excellent. We stopped on the way back for our second meal there. Crab was Ohhhh!
Dining room help was pleasant. Very friendly buffet.
The room was, to me, HUGE! The bed was soft and very comfortable. We didn't try room service, but there was a microwave, mini-fridge, and a safe in the room. The view wasn't that great (for us, it was amusing, as my husband works for another casino), we had a great view of the employee smoking area. They were doing construction while we were there, and the pile driver they were using vibrated EVERYTHING in our room, from the bed to the toilet. THAT was an interesting experience, let me tell you. But, other than that, it was VERY enjoyable. The room was $98 for one night.
We went to the pool and jacuzzi. Loved that. There is also a gym provided, but we're not fitness types.
The casino is quite large compared to what we're used to. Quite nice. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
We ate dinner at the seafood grill. I had prime rib, he had beer battered fish and chips, and it came to under $30. Quite reasonable.
Wednesday nights are karaoke night in the Starlight Lounge. And, of course we were there on a Wednesday.
All in all, I want to go back.
