We were given a room facing "main street". The train and the traffic would have awakened the heaviest sleeper. In addition, we could hear people tromping down the hallway after the bars closed. The blinds (there were no curtains on the window) were smashed in and would not close completely (we were facing main street). The door handle FELL OFF when we opened the door from the inside. The bedspreads look 20 years old (terribly faded). No shampoos, lotions in rooms (only a small bar of soap). When we complained, the owner said that if you want shampoo, "just come to the front desk and ask". Also, a dead box elder bug was on the carpet. This hotel is centrally located and has a nice restaurant/cafe (I guess that's where all the money goes). Don't stay here!
