Colonial Inn, Heber Springs

This was the second year in a row we've had our annual family reunion @ the Colonial Inn...It is the perfect place for such an event...The owners and staff were great...we rented apprx 20+ units this year & contrary to a previous review, There were no bedbugs, nor do I believe, after questioning the staff, that there ever were any...While the premises could be described as well worn, it is VERY clean! Awesome tree-shaded gravel lot for your cook-outs etc, indoor pool, & 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Dam site marina on Greers Ferry lake...Very economical as well...No, it's not the Hilton, but it is a very nice, quaint, affordable hotel. Well, there was bed bugs everywhere. Don't even waste your time and money here.

the picture on the internet looked very nice! the indoor pool sounded good! long story short, the pool lights were broken, outside grounds were not kept. the room was one of the newest and we couldnt breathe from the smell of mildew and we had no towels! this room was very dirty, the walls etc...the people were nice but for our $90 wish we would have checked closer in town!

ME AND MY FAMILY, AND MY SISTER'S FAMILY LOVE THIS PLACE IT'S THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY WHEN YOU ARE IN HEBER SPRINGS , ARKANSAS NICE PEOPLE CLEAN ROOMS AND A INDOOR POOL WE LOVE TO STAY HERE!!!!!
