Comal Inn, New Braunfels

My husband and I love New Braunfels alot and I found this B&B online so I thought we would give them a try. It is on a quiet residential street so there isn't much traffic, however in back of the place, is a busy street separated by some homes and a fence and you can hear traffic but it isn't too bad. There are 2 small houses you can stay in or 4 rooms with seperate entrances and porches. We always stay in the Juniper Room. It has a large porch and faces the garden area. The room is large, with large bathroom, jacuzzi tub. TV and DVD players are provided. A closet holds a refrigerator and microwave. There is fresh orange juice, milk, fresh fruit and baked goods for your breakfast. The closet that holds the refrigerator includes garbage bags, OFF, cleaning supplies, what ever you might need!! A perfect place to just kick back, enjoy a little time away from the hustle and bustle of it all. This inn is spotlessly clean, well taken care of and would be a very welcome place to stay. We love it and go alot during the off season as the rates do go down. The only thing we don't like and I did mention to the owner=which by the way are very nice people=the driveway and back area is very dark. It makes it hard to see to get to your car and is not a safe environment in my opinion, even in this small town. This B&B is worth every penny and we recommend it to everyone!
