Never Again

I am working in this area and decided to spend some extra cash on a nice jacuzzi room. Lets just say I looked at the photos on the the brochure in the lobby and thought this was a great looking room so I gave my credit card over and rented the room. When I entered the room I was overpowered by a musty odor. After this I seen the jacuzzi tub and lets just say that I would not feel comfortable about washing my animals in this thing. All kinds of lime build up and other things that I do not even know how to describe. After this I requested a refund because I refused to stay in that room. I was told there are no refunds so I looked at another room with the same outcome. They would not budge on the refund ordeal so the hotel kept my money. I had to pay $100+ for a room I stepped into for 5 minutes. The only recommendation I have is to stay clear of this place. It is over priced and far from clean.There are alot of better hotels in this area.
