Hocking Hills Cabins, Logan

We loved Hocking Hills and the cabin was beautiful and we had such an awesome time with my husband and three children. However, when we returned home we were wrongly accused of damage to a hot tub cover at our cabin. It was so upsetting because we knew how much respect we showed this property and nothing was damaged by us. We left the cabin immacualate and we planned on returning in the future. Fortunatly, my daughter had taken pictures of the cabin and the surrounding area when we first arrived before we even went inside. We had proof of the date and time. The cleaning people were there so we just walked around the outside and my daughter took a picture of a moth resting on the hot tub cover which clearly showed the damages they were trying to accuse us of. The damage was already there prior to us renting the cabin and we had proof. Once Paniccia saw the pictures they dropped the whole thing. The entire situation was very strange and the pictures they sent to us of the damage was not dated and they had no pictures of before our visit and it clearly showed the holes and rip was very old and not newly done. It makes me think something is not right and there is a scam going on. DO NOT RENT FROM PANICCIA REAL ESTATE, the cabin was Crocodile Cliff. The cabin was beautiful but you have to rent through Paniccia and I will NEVER do business with them again. I just do not want another person coming home from a wonderful vacation to have it soured by an e-mail from them when you return home. I have no way of getting a hold of the owner to let him know about what happened to us. Please take my advice and deal with another company!!! Thank you.
