We liked the location, the back deck, and the size of the room. It was also very quiet (mid-week). We did not like that we did not deal with one adult while we were there in terms of who was running the motel. Also, it was very dirty, i.e. mold in shower, stains on carpet, smudges on TV, dust on bureau that was falling apart, wrappers and things behind night table and under bed. The rate was definitely fair in what you are paying for, but we will not be returning to this motel.

MY FAMILY LOVED IT!!!

I came down in early June with my family and stayed in one of thier double rooms. Location was fantastic we were able to walk to and from the beach with no problem. the new owner was so helpful and nice along with the rest of the staff. the "mini apts." were just like being at home but at the beach. The rooms were very neat and the rates were good. i would highly suggest this to anyone looking to take a family trip or looking to stay with a few friends. We booked for next season before we even left!!!!
