Post Road Inn Motel, Avenel

The location is great but everything else sucks big time. You could pay $45 for a room, but then the sink in the bathroom will not shut off, keeps running, the sheets on the bed are wet, and there really is no air in the rooms, it is controled by the main office and they can't turn it down lower then 69. If you want more AC you have to upgrade the room. and forget about the TV, it don't work, the only channel you get is the sex channel. the walls aren't even spakled all the way, its just left and not painted. if the stay is either a short stay or an overnite these conditions are not acceptable. would i stay here again, no way, there is another place right down the street that is alot more efficient ,

MY friend and I stayed at the POST ROAD INN an January .We rented last available suite.It was clean and comfortable,we had a great time at this motel.Two friendly girls run the motel at that moment.They were attentive to all request and questions.From the moment we checked in to moment we left my friend and I were treated like old friends by the motel staff.The rooms are very clean,they really keep the place in tip top shape.THEY STILL WORKING AN OTHER ROOMS GOOD LOOK !!!!!!!!!!

I had a great relaxing weekend stay at the newly renovated roon at this hotel. The new management has really done a great job at turning this place around. IMy girlfriend really loved the roman columns that surrounds the jacuuzi. Clean and courteous front desk staff. Got a good bang out of my buck. Would highly recommend it

I have stayed at this motel several times over the last 5 years. The service is good, and the prices are wonderful. There are 2 rooms that are favorites. Also, love the jacuzzi and the fireplace is a nice touch. Absolutely adore the see thru showers.

Convenient location, but if you want a good night's sleep, go elsewhere. There is a rapid turnover in this motel due to "short stay" clientele. This makes the parking lot quite noisy. Amenities like shower gel and toilet paper are not in great supply. Never again!
