terrible dining experience!

My family and I came to their bar and grill around the side of the restaurant, and they had a very long line. After waiting for 15 minutes in a very unpleasant line, I get to the front and order my food, but the guy says we don't take credit cards. I tell him no problem because we also have cash, even though we're ordering a lot of food, including three lobsters, and I go back to our table and get cash. When I get back up there, he tells me I have to get back at the end of the line! I tried explaining I had already ordered and showed him I now had the cash (a $70 order) in my hand. He again told me I had to get back at the end of the line. I again said but I already waited in line and ordered my food. He plays a passive aggressive game of semantics with me, yelling that we don't take orders - that they don't work like that, and I had to get back at the end of the line. In short he was very rude, aggressive and a little belligerent. By now the line was even longer than my first time through. We tried talking to the manager. He gave a half hearted apology, but wasn't willing to help us out at all. So we left. Because my parents like to eat insider their restaurant sometimes, they wanted to give the Parker House one last chance, so my mom tried talking to another manager. A chef in a white hat came out, got my parents phone number and said the main manager would call her the next day. We still haven't heard a word from them. That was a month ago. Even though my parents live less than a mile away, we will never go back.
