Main Stay Suites, Phoenixville

We came in with a coupon and the lady at the counter first said that all of "those rooms" were sold out and all they had were the more expensive ones and then changed her mind (apparently) and put us in the "regular" room. The room was VERY small but clean and generally okay when I didn't hit my head on the light fixtures above the bed. There was absolutely no breakfast continental or otherwise available. The coupon that we gave the evening before mysteriously disappeared on the day that we checked out and we were charged the full rate. The coupon said nothing about applying to only a certain kind of room. I have been using them (from the Room Saver mags) all across the US and no one has ever mentioned that it applies only to a certain type of room until I got to Philadelphia-what a rip-off!
