This hotel was WONDERFUL! We stayed in the room w/ the heart shaped bed and jacuzzi. We have decided to stay here once a month and stay in every themed room. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! It is definatly worth the time and money to stay here. And i would recommend it to others.

I like it because it's clean,good services,the people that work there are very nice especiality the maintenance man,Michael.He helped us a lot because was my first vacation in Miami.

Bed covers smell terrible. carpet was stain, Radio did not work and the TV only a few channels were available

I have stayed in a few South Beach hotels. This one is not the worst one, San Juan is. They all are old, art deco style hotels so don't expect 5 stars quality. Princess Ann was pretty much in line with my expectations for $370 a week trip from Chicago. For this price, who cares about stains on the carpet or the old-fashioned room keys? The staff was helpful and our room was cleaned every day. Compared to the food prices at South Beach I really appreciated the free coffee and toasts in the morning. The man at the night shift was very nice and professional. If you pay for 2 stars hotel don't look for luxury here, go to Mexico. I would stay at the Princess Ann hotel again without a doubt.

Located close to the Airport shopping malls and great restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious and secure. They also offer free internet connection wireless too!

Dangerous place! We arrived late and left after approximately 1-2 hours for fear of our safety. Had attempts to get our attention outside the room like, repeated rattling of the door knob, banging on wall, paper shoved through door & panic alarm on car. Wife nearly needed medical attention for hives. Whole area seems unsafe. We requested that security escort us to our car so we could leave. I requested a return of my money and clerks response was he "couldn't do that, he didn't own motel" and I would have to take it up with "him" the owner. I have waited to post this review for the "owner" to make it reght but he has not. We did't even use the room except to watch TV.

I loved the hotel.the person at the front desk is my dad.he works until 7o'clock to 3o'clock.he is very kind.the hotel is always clean.it has a candy machine and also soda.the rooms do not cost so much.in my opinion i love miami princess hotel.
