Ramada Inn, Avon Park

The room smelled musty, I had to go & buy room spray. I had to put a towel on the bathtub in order to stand on it - that's how disgusting it was. I had to go buy towels at the store because I would not use the ones at the hotel because they smelled so horrible. The A/C only had one setting & was not cold. The locks on the door & the windows of the room were unsafe. I would have left except that all of the other hotels were booked. I have to go back to this town this year & I'd rather sleep in my car than stay at this place. I've heard that there have been gang fights in the parking lots. Definitely, the worst "hotel experience" of my life.
